- Make sure things that are supposed to be tight are tight. Things that are supposed to move will move, to the best of their ability.
- Ensure you are running optimal tire pressure for your chosen terrain.
- Lubricate your spinny parts to try and keep the ride quiet
- Weekend Warrior- $20 - For those of you who have taken your cycling pursuits to the next level. If you're using your bike to get around a couple times a week, heading out to the local trails for a little exercise or cruising the back roads on the weekends, this tune-up is for you. It includes everything listed above as well as:
- Frame and fork wipedown
- Adjustment of shifting
- Adjustment of braking
- So-pro Set-o -$30 - If you've gotten yourself a sweet road rig in hopes of joining the Tour some day, you've been out thrashing your mountain bike through some sick singletrack or you've gone car-free and do all your around-town tasks by bike, you're gonna want this tune-up to make sure its optimized. Again it will include all of the above and I'll also go ahead and:
- Fully clean the frame, fork and wheels
- True the front and rear wheels
- Lubricate all the cables and housing
- Cable replacements- $10 each + parts
- Flat repars- $5 + tube
- Accessory installations- Varies based on type. Examples include handlebars for $20, stems for $10, etc. Saddles for FREE!
